The ID tags are engraved free of charge and now include up to *SIX* lines (MAXIMUM OF 25 CHARACTERS PER LINE) of medical and contact information on the rear. All confidential information is engraved on the rear of the tag, as your and your child's privacy are of paramount importance.
One ID band plus an engraved tag = £14. Add an extra strap of your choice for just a further £6 each.

Suggestions for engraving
We suggest you include on the tallisman medical tag the following:-
LINE 1 - Your child's name
LINE 2 - Their medical condition or allergy
LINE 3 - Further information on their medical condition or allergy
LINE 4 - Any medication they are on
LINE 5 - ICE contact information
LINE 6 - ICE contact information (ie, a mobile number that can be used in an emergency).
When considering your engraving please bear in mind that the tags are only an inch and a half wide, the more information you put onto a line, the smaller the text is going to be. Keep the information brief and to the point. Please check all spellings carefully as corrections cannot be made at a later date without incurring an additional charge.
