Does the medical ID jewellery have any guarantees?
IdentiKids/IdentifyMe Medical ID bracelets are intended to be a supplemental bracelet to your permanent ID. It is not intended to be worn whilst swimming or playing sports.
Your bracelet is guaranteed for six months from date of purchase against breaking, subject to a £5 shipping and handling fee. After 6 months there is a £10 repair fee (per strand of beads) plus £5 return shipping and handling.
What about if I order the wrong size - will you replace it for me?
IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE return it to us along with the £5 return shipping and handling fee and instructions as to the size you need. In order to expediate the resizing or repair process, please return the completed guarantee card and along with the bracelet, a copy of your receipt and the necessary fees in a PADDED envelope and return it by SPECIAL DELIVERY to:

How can we trust you?
We use PayPal Pro for all our credit card payments, once you have entered your address and the information we need to process your order, you will be transferred to our secure payment pages. We don't get to see your credit card details at all.
